I am very unhappy with the experience I’ve had purchasing product. I ordered a wax pot and received 1lbs of black coral wax. I reached out the company so that I can see what I can do to get what I initially ordered. We got it figured out and recover the incorrect color wax pot.
This might not be such a big deal to you or the company but as a customer it is. It’s such a disappointment as a customer to get an order incorrect not only once but now twice for the same order.
I need to upgrade my old wax warmer and the 1lb blue warmer is perfect.
