Although, they are much smaller than the 5 pound wax pots I feel they are better. The inserts fit perfectly and don’t fold or “bubble.” They do take a LONG time to melt the wax. But once you find that right line for your “temperature” another annoying thing, the pot is golden. Not sure why the light indicator cuts on and off

The Lids do not fit properly, I’ve been in touch with client relations, we’ve gone back and forth for a week now and there has been no resolution. I’m now trying to just return the wax warmer.
